Ingredients
- 2 1/2 tbsp Nutella
- 2 tsp white or brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/5 cup boiling water
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder to serve
- Whipped Cream to serve
- Cinnamon stick (optional)
Directions
- In a saucepan on medium-heat add Nutella, salt and sugar.
- Whisk together while adding in the water slowely.
- Stir and simmer, be careful that the Nutella doesn't burn!
- Pour in the milk and stir on low-heat, make sure it doesn't boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Pour into your glass or mug.
- Swirl on the desired amount of whipped cream on top and dust on cocoa powder.
- Poke the cinnamon stick into the cream and serve. Watch your tongue though as it is going to be hot!
